For example, if someone feels stressed or anxious at work, that affects their mental health. They may struggle to concentrate or feel overwhelmed.  On the other hand, living a healthy lifestyle, such as eating balanced meals, exercising regularly, and getting enough sleep, can help manage that stress.  While mental health focuses on how you feel and think, a healthy lifestyle includes the habits that can improve both your mind and body.
